## Use the package

- [ ] Editable sources open in the agreed tools.
- [ ] Fonts, images and other dependencies have documented permitted uses and access.
- [ ] Each export has a named placement, format, background and use rule.
- [ ] The smallest important mark and the largest application have real evidence.
- [ ] An ordinary content edit can be repeated by the receiving person.
- [ ] Guidelines, exports and actual implementation use the same revision.
- [ ] Print or physical uses have relevant production proof; screen checks are not substituted.
- [ ] Source, export and implementation update owners are named.

## Test one change

| Source decision and revision | Affected artifact | Required action | Holder | Result and checked revision | Receiving handoff current? |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| | | Regenerate / revise / inspect / retire | | | |

Do not close a changed decision with only a list of categories. Close each affected artifact and notify its receiving owner. A previously accepted package becomes stale where its source changed.

## Example supplied with the Note

An isolated colour source changes from #193ACD to #C43D29. The document and social exports change first; the icon is deliberately left blue. Regenerating the icon closes the mismatch. The downloadable manifest identifies the exact exported files and hashes.

This constructed example changes no production brand. Hash equality establishes file identity, not creative quality or accessibility. Relevant appearance and behavior still need inspection.
