This notice explains how Blankout uses information you share with us and the browser storage used by this website.

Enquiries

The contact form asks for your name, email address, optional company, service and message. We use these details to respond to your enquiry or privacy request and discuss any work that follows. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Please do not include passwords or sensitive personal information.

How information is handled

HubSpot stores your enquiry and sends a notification to our team. Vercel hosts the website and handles form requests. Sanity supplies the website’s editorial content.

Hosting providers process basic request information, such as network addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect the site. The form also keeps limited technical records to prevent abuse and duplicate submissions. Those records use a keyed connection fingerprint and a submission reference; they do not store a second copy of your contact details or message. We do not send your tracking cookies or network address to HubSpot with the enquiry.

We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed to handle your request and any related engagement. Technical delivery records become eligible for cleanup after 24 hours and are cleared in batches as the form is used, so deletion is not guaranteed at exactly that time. We do not sell enquiry details for other organizations’ marketing.

Cookies and display preferences

There are no analytics or advertising cookies, no newsletter signup and no embedded marketing tracker.

Your Tactile or Modular expression choice is remembered in a first-party cookie for up to one year. Your motion preference stays in this browser’s local storage until you reset it or clear site data. Without a saved motion preference, the site follows your device’s reduced-motion setting.

Use Cookie settings in the footer to change or reset these display choices. Resetting them does not erase an enquiry you are writing or clear separate security and authorized preview sessions.

Your requests

Use the contact form and choose “A privacy request” to ask about information you have sent us, request access, correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity and explain any applicable limits before acting. You can also raise a concern with the data-protection authority where you live or work.

The HubSpot privacy policy, Vercel privacy notice and Sanity privacy notice describe those providers’ own processing, retention and international data-handling arrangements.
